"Debbie and Lucie have taken our children's photographs both inside and outside for the past five years. Debbie always rings and arranges photo shoots well in advance with times to suit our parents and children. Posters and reminder cards are sent to us before the shoot for nursery convenience.
On the day of the shoot Debbie and Lucie, who both photograph the children, give advice where to take the best photographs and I can leave them to set up and work with my staff to get the best photographs, even from our shy children and babies. Debbie and Lucie are both mums themselves and this is apparent when they work together to make the children feel relaxed, happy and confident to take those special photographs. After the shoot proofs of the children arrive quickly along with information for parents about payment, delivery and all the different products available.
